Those ends lock positively into the E-track, and a flat latch handles the release. Cargo Equipment Corp notes that the flat latch is easy to work with gloves on, compared with older trigger-style E-track mechanisms.

Used as a decking beam under a vertical load or as a shoring beam against a horizontal one, the beam has a 2,000 lb working load limit, in both cases for an evenly distributed load. Its break strength is 6,000 lb.

Decking and Shoring Beam Features

Adjusts from 93 in to 103 in

Aluminum beam

2,000 lb WLL for decking (vertical), evenly distributed load

2,000 lb WLL for shoring (horizontal), evenly distributed load

6,000 lb break strength

Square aluminum extrusion with sliding E-track ends

Flat latch release

Manufacture Guarantee

Cargo Equipment Corp Guarantee

Cargo Equipment Corp guarantees that its products are free of defects at the time of receipt.
