Yes, for every brand on the site. Products ship new from the manufacturer with the full factory warranty.
Is shipping free?
Ground shipping is free on every order to the lower 48 states. Oversize ramps that have to travel by freight are quoted before you pay, so there are no surprises at checkout. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
How does delivery work for a large ramp that ships by freight?
The carrier calls you to schedule a delivery appointment, so make sure we have a good phone number. Delivery is curbside. Residential addresses are booked with a liftgate; commercial addresses are booked without one unless you tell us you don't have a dock or forklift.
Inspect the carton before you sign: note any damage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to sales@selectramps.com within 5 business days so we can file the claim for you. Signing a clean receipt on a damaged shipment makes the claim much harder.
How long does it take to ship?
In-stock ramps leave the warehouse within 1–5 business days. Built-to-order and custom configurations show their lead time on the product page, and custom layouts are quoted within 24–48 hours.
Can I return a ramp if it doesn't fit?
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return, and the item must be unopened and unused. Outright returns carry a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping, some products can't be returned at all because we order direct from the manufacturer, and custom or made-to-order ramps are final sale. Individual brands set their own terms, which are listed on the product page and override this. If you're not sure a ramp will fit, call or text us before you order, we're happy to help!
