Cancellations & Refunds: At Select Ramps, cancel your order any time before it ships completely free of charge (exceptions apply such as custom orders, see below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach agents during business hours at (916) 249-7214, the chat in the bottom right, or email sales@selectramps.com any time.
Cancellations (After Order Ships)
Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may request a return after delivery, subject to our return policy.
Cancellations of Custom Orders
Custom or made to order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order.
These units are custom made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us.
All sales are final for Custom made and Made to order products.
Refunds and Returns
Customers have 30 days from the date they received the item to initiate a return, however, please check the specific return policy for the brand of product you are purchasing as the brand specific return policy on the product page overrides this general return policy of 30 days.
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.
Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.
Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 20% restocking fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.
Refund Processing
Once the manufacturer has received and inspected your returned item, we'll email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we notified you that your return was approved and the refund hasn't posted, please email us at sales@selectramps.com and we'll look into it.
Estimates and Delays
We provide estimated lead times on each product page based on the latest information from our manufacturers and freight carriers. Those estimates may change without notice — manufacturing capacity, carrier schedules, and weather can all shift a ship date. If a delay affects your order, we'll email you with the revised timeline and your options. We appreciate your patience and aim to get every order out as quickly as possible.

When you place an order with Select Ramps, you agree to the following return and damage terms:
Inspect your package at delivery. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing and email photos to sales@selectramps.com within 5 business days.
Returns must be unopened and unused. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping; the exact restocking fee varies by product — contact us for an estimate before initiating a return.
Once an order has shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any restocking fees on a return or exchange.
Shipping dates listed on product pages are estimates. Manufacturing and carrier timelines occasionally extend; we'll email you if a date changes.
If you have a concern about a delay or a delivered product, please contact us before filing a chargeback. We respond during business hours and aim to resolve every issue directly.
Damages
Inspect your package at delivery. If you see any damage to the carton or product, note it on the delivery receipt before signing — this preserves your freight claim with the carrier. Email photos of the damage, the carton, the SKU label, and a brief description to sales@selectramps.com within 5 business days of delivery. We'll file a claim on your behalf.
Warranty
Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer — see individual product pages for details. Warranty coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship that develop over time and through normal use — not to damage that occurred during shipping or at delivery. Arrival damage must be reported within 5 business days under the Damages process above.
Returns
The Select Ramps default is that customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges or reconsignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Manufacturer warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship — see individual product pages for terms.
BOGO Promotions
In the event of a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. If one of the two items is returned, you will get a replacement of that item or store credit for the value of that item when purchased on its own. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and depending on the manufacturer, potentially a restocking fee. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Chargebacks
Our team of agents are here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible, and we believe they are the top in the industry. We are on your team. We are immediately responsive and will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution.
We dispute fraudulent chargebacks with documentation and reserve the right to pursue civil collection of unpaid balances. If you have not received a product, or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue. Please do not file chargebacks for issues that we can resolve together. Thank you for shopping with us!
