Five Star Bi-Fold Aluminum Loading Ramp | ATV, Mower & Equipment Ramp

Built from 6000-series tempered, aircraft-grade aluminum, this ramp stays light enough to position and set up by hand while resisting the rust and corrosion that affect steel ramps in wet and outdoor conditions. Each ramp is MIG welded in fixtures by Five Star Manufacturing's certified welders in Crane, Missouri, where the company has built aluminum ramps in the USA since 1984.

Choosing the right size

Available in multiple lengths, widths, and load ratings so you can match the ramp to your equipment and loading height:

• Lengths: 6 ft, 6 ft 4 in, 6 ft 10 in, and 7 ft 10 in
• Widths: 40 in, 44 in, and 48 in
• Load capacity: 1,000 lb or 1,500 lb (distributed)

A longer ramp creates a lower, safer loading angle—helpful for taller tailgates, trailer decks, and lower-clearance equipment. Because a bi-fold opens to a fixed width, choose a width that fully supports your equipment's tires. Always select a load rating higher than the full (wet) weight of your equipment, including attachments, cargo, and operator.

This product is backed by Five Star Manufacturing's 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If a defect is confirmed, Five Star will—at its discretion—repair the product, replace it, or refund the original product value.
