SafePath Shim Johnny Kit

The Shim-Johnny Kit raises the height of your BigHorn ramp when a door threshold or patio landing exceeds the ramp's standard 1-1/2" rise. It shims a BigHorn ramp up to 2" and is fully adjustable for any height below that, giving you a clean, flush transition against taller thresholds.

Each kit includes tapered shim strips with peel-and-stick backing. Measure your threshold height, trim the strips to the desired thickness with scissors or a utility knife, then space them evenly beneath the ramp. No fasteners or power tools required. All you need is a measuring tape and a utility knife.
