BRIDJIT warrants the curb ramp against defects in material and workmanship for five years from the original date of purchase, to the original purchaser only; the warranty is not transferable and proof of purchase is required, with photos sometimes requested. Within the warranty period BRIDJIT will repair or replace a defective product at its discretion at no cost to the owner, though the warranty does not cover installation, removal, disposal, or return shipping. Coverage applies only when the ramp is used as intended. Excluded are improper use or misuse, color fading from sun and UV exposure, natural shading variation between rubber pieces, animal damage from chewing or clawing, and exposure to chlorine, fertilizers, solvents, gasoline, or other harmful chemicals.
