Instead of hooks, this Cargo Equipment Corp 1 in ratchet strap has an L-track single stud fitting on both ends, so it connects straight to L-track. Choose a 6 ft or 12 ft strap in black, or a 14 ft strap in blue.

The strap uses the 812 wide handle ratchet on a 6 in fixed end with polyester webbing, and it is rated at a 1,100 lb working load limit and a 3,300 lb break strength. Cargo Equipment Corp suggests it for small cargo, bikes, snowmobiles and lawnmowers.
