Ideal applications

Heavy-Duty Jack for 24,000 lb Alignment Lifts

The RAJ12 is built for high-capacity alignment shops with a Daytona LFPA24 lift. It has the power to raise full-size commercial vans and trucks for wheels-off service.

Commercial Fleet Service

Handles brake, tire and suspension jobs on heavy commercial trucks and vans sitting on a 24,000 lb alignment lift.

Massive Lifting Power

12,000 lb of capacity lifts the biggest vehicles in your shop with steady, stable support.

Daytona RAJ12 12,000 lb Air Rolling Jack for LFPA24 Alignment Lift

Commercial fleet vehicles, vans and heavy-duty trucks on an alignment lift need a jack sized to match. Without one, suspension work and repairs that require the wheels off the runways take longer and are harder to do safely.

The Daytona RAJ12 is the highest capacity jack in the Daytona rolling jack range, rated at 12,000 lb and designed specifically for the LFPA24 alignment lift. Its rugged scissor-style mechanism runs on shop air for stable lifting of heavy vehicles, and a mechanical safety lock supports the load at working height.

A low profile keeps the platform clear when the jack is lowered. The RAJ12 suits alignment centers and fleet service bays, and it is sold individually. It is matched to Daytona lifts, so it may not fit other brands.

Warranty

Daytona 5-2-1 Limited Warranty

Daytona equipment is covered by the Daytona 5-2-1 Limited Warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Coverage starts on the date of your purchase invoice and applies to the original owner.

  • 5 years: structural components
  • 2 years: power units, cylinders and seal kits
  • 1 year: all other defective parts, minus the exclusions below

Daytona replaces parts that prove defective on inspection and pays the freight to ship covered replacement parts to you anywhere in Canada and the continental US.

How to Make a Claim

Contact Select Ramps with a copy of your purchase invoice and the serial number of your equipment. We submit the claim to the Daytona warranty department, which may ask for photos or video of the problem. Stop using the equipment while the claim is under review, because continued use during a warranty investigation voids coverage.

What Is Not Covered

  • Wear parts, including cables, hoses, slider blocks, chains and rubber pads
  • Parts and labor for normal maintenance such as cable adjustment and lubrication, plus on-site labor and service call fees
  • Damage from improper installation, storage, operation or lifting, overloading, abuse, or poor maintenance, including missed annual safety inspections
  • Equipment installed or used outdoors, modified from its original design, or improperly repaired
  • Damage from flood, fire, corrosion or other acts of God, and cosmetic defects such as paint scratches that do not affect function

All Daytona equipment is designed for indoor installation and use only. Follow the installation, operation and maintenance instructions in the equipment manual to keep your coverage in effect. The warranty is not transferable, and Daytona makes the final decision on all warranty claims.

Shipping & pickup FAQs

How does freight delivery work?

Oversize items ship crated on a pallet by freight carrier. The carrier calls you to book a delivery appointment — someone needs to be there to sign for it. We send tracking as soon as the crate leaves the warehouse.

Do I get a liftgate?

Residential deliveries include liftgate service at no extra charge: the driver lowers the crate to the ground at the curb. Commercial addresses are assumed to have a dock or forklift, so no liftgate is included — ask us and we'll add one to the quote.

Will the driver bring it inside?

No. Freight delivery is curbside only. Plan to move the crate from the curb yourself — a pallet jack on flat concrete, or two people and the right equipment for heavier pieces.

What should I check before I sign for it?

Walk around the crate before signing. If you see damage, note it on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves and photograph it. That note is what lets us file a freight claim on your behalf.

How much is shipping?

Freight is quoted up front on oversize items — you'll see the exact cost before you pay, never a surprise charge afterwards. Use the quote form on this page or call or text us for a price to your ZIP.

Can I pick it up instead?

Where warehouse pickup is offered it appears as an option above the Add to cart button, with no freight charge. Bring a trailer and a way to load — crates are heavy.
