Daytona TC-880 Swing Arm Tire Changer for Passenger and Light Truck Wheels
The Daytona TC-880 is the base model in the Daytona tire changer range, a swing arm machine for tire shops, small garages and serious DIY mechanics. You mount and demount by hand for direct control, while four pneumatic clamps powered by double-acting cylinders grip each wheel firmly and turn it smoothly.
A side-mounted bead breaker and integrated bead seating jets speed up each tire change. Inside clamping runs from 12 to 23 in. and outside clamping from 10 to 22 in., with room for tires up to 38 in. in diameter, which covers most passenger car and light truck wheels.
A water separator, lubricator and air pressure regulator are built in, so the machine is ready for daily use. With the smallest footprint of the Daytona automotive tire changers and simple controls, the TC-880 fits easily into a small shop or home garage.

- 5 years: structural components

Daytona replaces parts that prove defective on inspection and pays the freight to ship covered replacement parts to you anywhere in Canada and the continental US.
How to Make a Claim
Contact Select Ramps with a copy of your purchase invoice and the serial number of your equipment. We submit the claim to the Daytona warranty department, which may ask for photos or video of the problem. Stop using the equipment while the claim is under review, because continued use during a warranty investigation voids coverage.
What Is Not Covered
- Wear parts, including cables, hoses, slider blocks, chains and rubber pads
- Parts and labor for normal maintenance such as cable adjustment and lubrication, plus on-site labor and service call fees
- Damage from improper installation, storage, operation or lifting, overloading, abuse, or poor maintenance, including missed annual safety inspections
- Equipment installed or used outdoors, modified from its original design, or improperly repaired
- Damage from flood, fire, corrosion or other acts of God, and cosmetic defects such as paint scratches that do not affect function
All Daytona equipment is designed for indoor installation and use only. Follow the installation, operation and maintenance instructions in the equipment manual to keep your coverage in effect. The warranty is not transferable, and Daytona makes the final decision on all warranty claims.
