The HD Ramps step deck load leveler system pairs a 16 ft ramp run with two load leveler bunks, and is the most common configuration for haulers who need full-length loading and enough deck leveling for standard long freight. Four 8 ft aluminum ramp sections and two adjustable support stands handle loading; two of those ramps then convert to bunks for the haul.

Conversion takes minutes. Turn two ramps on their side, drop them into the adjustable stakes seated in the trailer's stake pockets, and the upper step is bridged with two leveled support points. The stakes fit all 102 in wide step deck trailers, 97 to 98 in measured inside the stake pockets, without modification.

Two bunks or four is the decision to make here. Two bunks cover most long freight and keep the kit lighter and cheaper. Four bunks, on the sibling 4 bunk system, add two more support points for loads that need them.

Five configurations match the trailer's upper step drop: 16, 18, 20, 24, or 26 in. The 16 in configuration uses 16 in wide ramps on a 6 in tube at 20,000 lb per axle. The 18 and 20 in configurations use matching-width ramps on a 5 in tube at 23,500 lb per axle. The 24 and 26 in configurations use 18 in and 20 in ramps plus two load leveler spacers, also at 23,500 lb per axle. Total kit weight runs 452 lb to 580 lb.

Every configuration includes four 8 ft ramps, two support stands, six lumber clips, and four stake pocket supports. The 24 in and 26 in configurations add two load leveler spacers. Hanger hardware, bunk lumber, chains, and load binders are not included. Aluminum construction, made in the USA.

Not recommended for trucks with mounted cranes, forklifts, or steel track vehicles. Never exceed the rated axle capacity. Sold as a complete kit; each purchase is one system.
