The HD Ramps 4 bunk load leveler master kit is the largest step deck package in the line: four 8 ft aluminum ramp sections that assemble into a 16 ft run, two adjustable support stands, four load leveler bunks, and the full set of hanger hardware for under-trailer storage.

Four bunks instead of two means every ramp in the kit converts, giving you four leveled support points across the upper step. That is the configuration to choose when you regularly haul long, heavy freight that needs support at more than two points, or when you want the flexibility to set bunk spacing to the load rather than the other way around.

Loading works the same as the rest of the line. The pin-on ends seat in the trailer's stake pockets for a 16 ft ramp run, the stands adjust the approach angle, and the ramps then turn on their side into stakes to become the load leveler bunks.

Five configurations match the trailer's upper step drop: 16, 18, 20, 24, or 26 in. The 16 in configuration uses 16 in wide ramps on a 6 in tube and is rated at 20,000 lb per axle. The 18 and 20 in configurations use matching-width ramps on a 5 in tube at 23,500 lb per axle. The 24 and 26 in configurations use 18 in and 20 in ramps plus four load leveler spacers, also at 23,500 lb per axle. Total kit weight runs 653 lb to 879 lb.

Every kit includes four 8 ft ramps, two support stands, 12 lumber clips, eight stake pocket supports, four ramp hanger brackets, two stand hanger brackets, and four ramp attaching brackets. The 24 in and 26 in configurations add four load leveler spacers. Bunk lumber, chains, and load binders are not included. Aluminum construction, made in the USA.

Not recommended for trucks with mounted cranes, forklifts, or steel track vehicles. Never exceed the rated axle capacity. Sold as a complete kit; each purchase is one master kit.
