The HD Ramps load leveler bridge is a single-piece aluminum bunk that spans the width of a step deck trailer and carries flatbed freight across the upper step drop. Where the convertible ramp kits ask you to lay ramps on their side, this is a purpose-built bridge that goes up in minutes and stays dedicated to leveling.

The bridge spans 100-7/8 in and is 5 in thick, with adjustable offset stake pocket posts on each end. Pulling a pin and rotating the post gives 1/2 in of overall width adjustment, so the bridge seats in stake pocket spacings from 97-1/4 in to 97-3/4 in. That covers most drop deck trailers, including Doonan, Featherlite, and Transcraft.

Six heights are available to match your trailer's step drop: 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, and 26 in. Weight ranges from 53 lb at 16 in to 69 lb at 26 in, so one person can lift and set a bridge without help. Each bridge is rated at 20,000 lb over a 48 in span.

Welded brackets on the top of the bridge are sized for a 4x4 timber, giving the load a wood bearing surface. Wood, chains, and load binders are sold separately, and the bridge must be chained and binder-secured before hauling. Aluminum construction, made in the USA.
