Enter your step or porch height and we'll recommend the right ramp length.
Measure from the ground to the top of the highest step or landing.
Why slope matters: ADA recommends 1:12 slope for independent wheelchair use (1 inch of rise per 12 inches of ramp). 2:12 is only appropriate with a caregiver; 3:12 only for unoccupied transport. Always verify local building code before installing.
A pair of arched aluminum loading ramps—one ramp under each side of your equipment—built to handle the broadest range of loading jobs. The arch is what sets these apart: it reduces the angle where the ramp meets your truck bed or trailer, so low-slung equipment transitions onto the deck without the belly scraping and high-centering that flat ramps invite.
That makes arch ramps the right call for anything that sits low between the axles—golf carts, race cars, zero-turn mowers, skid steers, garden tractors, tool cabinets, and similar rolling stock. Arch height runs 2 to 4 inches depending on length. On the 7-foot and longer models the arch sits near the top of the ramp, right where the transition happens; the 5-foot and 6-foot models are arched their full length.
Each ramp is made from tempered, aircraft-grade aluminum—light enough to position and set up by hand, and resistant to the rust and corrosion that wear down steel ramps in wet and outdoor conditions. They're MIG welded in fixtures by Five Star Manufacturing's certified welders in Crane, Missouri, where the company has built aluminum ramps in the USA since 1984.
Available in lengths from 5 ft to 10 ft, in 12-, 16-, and 24-inch widths, with capacities up to 10,000 lb per pair. A longer ramp creates a lower, safer loading angle—helpful for taller tailgates, trailer decks, and lower-clearance equipment. The full width of each tire or track should fit within the ramp; Five Star recommends 16-inch ramps for lengths over 7 ft, while the 24-inch width suits wider tires, tracks, and dual wheels.
About load ratings: the capacity shown is for the pair. A pair rated 3,000 lb is two ramps at 1,500 lb each. Always choose a rating higher than the full (wet) weight of your equipment, including attachments, cargo, and operator.
