The HD Ramps step deck trailer ramp kit is a 10,000 lb per axle modular loading system for flatbed and step deck trailers: four 8 ft by 16 in aluminum ramp sections and two adjustable center support stands, shipped as one kit.

The four sections assemble into a 16 ft run, or split into separate 8 ft upper and lower ramps when the load height is shorter. That flexibility is the point of the kit. Long wheelbase vehicles and low-clearance equipment need the shallower angle a 16 ft run gives, while a quick pickup load only needs 8 ft.

The two adjustable support stands set the ramp angle and prevent high-centering at the top of the run, which is the failure mode that damages bumpers and undercarriages on long vehicles. The stands adjust from 18 in to 24 in.

The kit suits trailers up to 40 in high, including flatbeds, step decks, loading docks, and vans, and handles cars, pickups, and commercial trucks up to class 6. Ramp sections have a pin-on attaching end and a stub foot. Each section is 16 in wide and 4-1/4 in tall, and the complete kit weighs 360 lb. Aluminum construction, made in the USA.

Optional lockable ramp hangers and support stand hangers store the whole kit beneath the trailer; these are sold separately. Skid seat brackets are also sold separately and should be pinned before use. Not recommended for trucks with mounted cranes, forklifts, or steel track vehicles. Never exceed the rated axle capacity. Sold as a complete kit; each purchase is one kit.
