The HD Ramps 2 bunk load leveler 2 ramp system is a dual-purpose kit for 102 in wide step deck trailers: a pair of 8 ft aluminum ramps for loading, and two load leveler bunks for hauling long freight across the step. Both jobs are handled by the same two ramps, so nothing extra rides along on the trailer.

To load, the pin-on ends slide into the trailer's stake pockets. To convert, the ramps are turned on their side and dropped into the adjustable stakes that seat in the same stake pockets, forming two level bunks that carry the load over the upper step drop. The stakes adjust to fit all 102 in wide step deck trailers, measuring 97 to 98 in from the inside of the stake pockets, with no trailer modification.

Choose the configuration that matches your trailer's upper step drop: 16, 18, 20, 24, or 26 in. The 16 in configuration uses 16 in wide ramps on a 6 in tube and is rated at 20,000 lb per axle. The 18 and 20 in configurations use ramps of matching width on a 5 in tube and are rated at 23,500 lb per axle. The 24 and 26 in configurations reach their height with 18 in and 20 in ramps plus two load leveler spacers, also rated at 23,500 lb per axle. Kit weight runs from 199 lb to 304 lb depending on configuration.

Every configuration includes two 8 ft ramps, six lumber clips, and four stake pocket supports, which works out to three lumber clips and two stake pocket supports per load leveler. The 24 in and 26 in configurations add two load leveler spacers. Bunk lumber, chains, and load binders are not included. The ramps are aluminum with a rung walking surface and are made in the USA.

This system is not recommended for trucks with mounted cranes, forklifts, or steel track vehicles. Never exceed the rated axle capacity. Sold as a complete kit; each purchase is one system.
