The HD Ramps 2 bunk load leveler master kit is the complete package for a 102 in wide step deck trailer: four 8 ft aluminum ramp sections that assemble into a 16 ft run, two adjustable support stands, two load leveler bunks, and all the hanger hardware needed to store the whole system under the trailer.

The 16 ft run and adjustable stands let you set a shallower approach angle, which matters for long wheelbase equipment and low-clearance machines that would otherwise high-center at the top of a shorter ramp. When the load is on, two of the ramps turn on their side and drop into stakes seated in the trailer's stake pockets, forming two load leveler bunks that carry freight across the upper step.

What separates the master kit from the 4 ramp system is storage hardware. The master kit adds four ramp hanger brackets, two stand hanger brackets, and four ramp attaching brackets, so the ramps and stands hang beneath the trailer instead of taking up deck space.

Two configurations are available, matched to an 18 in or 20 in upper step drop, using 18 in or 20 in wide ramps on a 5 in tube. Both are rated at 23,500 lb per axle. Total kit weight is 705 lb at 18 in and 700 lb at 20 in.

Every kit includes four 8 ft ramps, two support stands, six lumber clips, four stake pocket supports, four ramp hanger brackets, two stand hanger brackets, and four ramp attaching brackets. Bunk lumber, chains, and load binders are not included. Aluminum construction, made in the USA.

Not recommended for trucks with mounted cranes, forklifts, or steel track vehicles. Never exceed the rated axle capacity. Sold as a complete kit; each purchase is one master kit.
