We ship to all US States (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico)

Shipping Times

We'll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Estimated shipping times are listed on each product page and are based on the latest information from our suppliers and freight carriers. These estimates can shift due to supply and demand factors outside our control, so we appreciate your patience if timelines change.

Most orders will ship out within 1-3 Business Days. Once the order ships, it will take between 3-7 Business Days to get delivered.

Shipping times can vary by brand and whether your item is made to order. See below for brand-specific estimates:

Brand Specific Lead Times:

Rampit USA: Portable/Thresholds ship within 1-3 business day. Modular Systems ship within 3-5 business days. Custom orders determined through a quote.

Returns & Refunds

Cancellations & Refunds: At Select Ramps, cancel your order any time before it ships completely free of charge (exceptions apply such as custom orders, see below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach agents during business hours at (916) 249-7214, the chat in the bottom right, or email sales@selectramps.com any time.

Cancellations (After Order Ships)

Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may request a return after delivery, subject to our return policy.

Cancellations of Custom Orders

Custom or made to order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order.

These units are custom made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us.

All sales are final for Custom made and Made to order products.

Refunds and Returns

Customers have 30 days from the date they received the item to initiate a return, however, please check the specific return policy for the brand of product you are purchasing as the brand specific return policy on the product page overrides this general return policy of 30 days.

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.

Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.

Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 20% restocking fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.

Refund Processing

Once the manufacturer has received and inspected your returned item, we'll email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we notified you that your return was approved and the refund hasn't posted, please email us at sales@selectramps.com and we'll look into it.

Damages

Inspect your package at delivery. If you see any damage to the carton or product, note it on the delivery receipt before signing — this preserves your freight claim with the carrier. Email photos of the damage, the carton, the SKU label, and a brief description to sales@selectramps.com within 5 business days of delivery. We'll file a claim on your behalf.
