The AlumiRamp Telescopic Channel Ramp is a lightweight, portable track ramp that adjusts to fit your needs. Warranty

10-Year Manufacturer's Warranty

AlumiRamp, Inc. warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship for 10 years from the date of purchase, covering all aluminum and fasteners. Wear items — straps, bungees, and non-skid tape — are expected to show normal wear and are not covered.

If a covered defect occurs, AlumiRamp will repair or replace the product at its option and return it to the original purchaser with freight paid, provided the item is sent to AlumiRamp freight prepaid along with proof of purchase. The warranty does not apply to damage from abuse, improper use, incorrect assembly, overloading, or neglected maintenance, and AlumiRamp reserves the right to decline warranty service on any product showing obvious abuse or use beyond its intended design.

AlumiRamp is not liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages or injuries, or for any loss, damage, or injury arising directly or indirectly from the product. This warranty is provided in lieu of all other guarantees, express or implied, and is valid only in the United States and Canada. Some states do not allow limits on the length of an implied warranty, so this warranty recognizes any rights you may have under applicable state law.
To start a warranty claim, contact us as your place of purchase with sales@selectramps.com. We'll coordinate with AlumiRamp, who will issue a return authorization number — no product may be returned to the factory without it. Please refer to the product's instruction manual for proper care, maintenance, and safety information.
