This is covered by American Access, Inc.'s 3-year limited manufacturer warranty. As an authorized dealer, we facilitate warranty claims between you and the manufacturer.

Coverage Period

3 years from the date of original purchase.

What Is Covered

American Access warrants that this equipment will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. This limited warranty applies to defective metal structural components only.

What Is Not Covered

• Powder-coated finish
  
• Normal wear, tear, and deterioration
  
• Damage from misuse, vandalism, negligence, alteration, or accident
  
• Damage from improper loads or improper installation
  
• Equipment repaired outside of the manufacturer's place of business
  
• Corrosion or damage caused by rain, fire, earthquake, or other natural causes or acts of nature
