AMGO 408-P 4 Post Parking Lift

The AMGO 408-P is a deluxe four post parking lift rated at 8,000 lb, with a wider entrance and longer platforms than the 407-P. Anchor bolts are supplied with the lift, and AMGO recommends using them wherever the lift will be used for maintenance or service work. Where the lift is not anchored, AMGO's manual requires each column to be plumb and the floor to be level before anything is raised.

Dual hydraulic direct-drive cylinders raise the platforms on aero standard cables, taking about 114 seconds for a full raise. Double-shaped columns carry the load, the runways are non-slip with foldable drive-in ramps, and the power side column installs at any corner. Two lifts can go in back to back. Paired with the optional caster kit the whole lift can be repositioned rather than relocated.

AMGO's patented concealed safety lock control device with a manual single-point lock release handles the locking, with double safety locks behind it. The AMGO power unit is ETL certified and runs on a 1.0 HP motor.

Safety

Once the lift is raised it has to be lowered onto its safety locks before anyone works on or near the vehicle. Working under a lift that is held on hydraulics alone risks the vehicle coming down.

Shipping & pickup FAQs

How does freight delivery work?

Oversize items ship crated on a pallet by freight carrier. The carrier calls you to book a delivery appointment — someone needs to be there to sign for it. We send tracking as soon as the crate leaves the warehouse.

Do I get a liftgate?

Residential deliveries include liftgate service at no extra charge: the driver lowers the crate to the ground at the curb. Commercial addresses are assumed to have a dock or forklift, so no liftgate is included — ask us and we'll add one to the quote.

Will the driver bring it inside?

No. Freight delivery is curbside only. Plan to move the crate from the curb yourself — a pallet jack on flat concrete, or two people and the right equipment for heavier pieces.

What should I check before I sign for it?

Walk around the crate before signing. If you see damage, note it on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves and photograph it. That note is what lets us file a freight claim on your behalf.

How much is shipping?

Freight is quoted up front on oversize items — you'll see the exact cost before you pay, never a surprise charge afterwards. Use the quote form on this page or call or text us for a price to your ZIP.

Can I pick it up instead?

Where warehouse pickup is offered it appears as an option above the Add to cart button, with no freight charge. Bring a trailer and a way to load — crates are heavy.
