This is the ratchet half of a 2 in strap, sold by itself as a fixed end only. It is 12 in long in blue webbing, with a Cargo Equipment Corp long wide handle ratchet and a wire hook.

The fixed end uses 12,000 lb polyester webbing and is rated at a 3,333 lb working load limit with a 10,000 lb break strength. A small amount of WD-40 or similar keeps the ratchet running smoothly, according to Cargo Equipment Corp.
