Cargo Equipment Corp makes this 4 in wide strap for securing roll-off containers on roll-off trucks. The manufacturer points to the DOT requirement that those containers be secured before transport.

All three configurations are 5 ft long in yellow polyester webbing, and they differ at the ends: a hook on one end with a bolt loop on the other, two sewn loops, or one sewn loop.

Whichever ends you pick, the strap has a 5,400 lb working load limit and a 16,200 lb break strength.
