Cargo Equipment Corp presents this round ring fitting as a way to attach other straps to E-track when an E-track ratchet or cam buckle strap is not on hand. Three versions are listed.

FE8113-1 is the 1,000 lb working load limit version, with a 3,000 lb break strength.

FE8260-1 and FE8264-1 both have a 2,000 lb working load limit and a 6,000 lb break strength, figures the manufacturer gives for the ring pulled at 45 degrees away from the base. Cargo Equipment Corp calls FE8260-1 heavy-duty and suggests it for higher capacity straps.
