Daytona TC-890T Heavy Duty Tilt-Back Tire Changer with Air Bead Press
The Daytona TC-890T is the heavy duty model in the Daytona tire changer range, with a tilt-back column and pneumatic locking system for high-volume repair shops and service centers. The tilt-back design moves the column out of the way when loading wheels, and the pneumatic lock holds it in position during mounting and demounting.
It has the largest capacity of the Daytona automotive tire changers, with clamping up to 28 in. inside and 26 in. outside and a 42 in. maximum tire diameter, so it takes on wide, stiff and low-profile tires. A pneumatic bead breaker with 2.75 tons of force, air-operated bead lifting and pressing, and an oversized bead seating air blaster make each tire change quick and safe.
Rim clamp protectors and dismount head protectors help prevent wheel damage, and an adjustable inflating device controls air pressure. An air lubricator and filter, a water trap and a built-in soap reservoir are included, and durable steel construction is made for years of heavy use.

How to Make a Claim
Contact Select Ramps with a copy of your purchase invoice and the serial number of your equipment. We submit the claim to the Daytona warranty department, which may ask for photos or video of the problem. Stop using the equipment while the claim is under review, because continued use during a warranty investigation voids coverage.
What Is Not Covered
- Wear parts, including cables, hoses, slider blocks, chains and rubber pads
- Parts and labor for normal maintenance such as cable adjustment and lubrication, plus on-site labor and service call fees
- Damage from improper installation, storage, operation or lifting, overloading, abuse, or poor maintenance, including missed annual safety inspections
- Equipment installed or used outdoors, modified from its original design, or improperly repaired
- Damage from flood, fire, corrosion or other acts of God, and cosmetic defects such as paint scratches that do not affect function
All Daytona equipment is designed for indoor installation and use only. Follow the installation, operation and maintenance instructions in the equipment manual to keep your coverage in effect. The warranty is not transferable, and Daytona makes the final decision on all warranty claims.
