The HD Ramps 4 bunk load leveler system gives a 102 in wide step deck trailer four load leveler bunks and a 16 ft ramp run, without the storage hardware of the master kit. If your ramps already have a hanger setup, or you store them on the deck, this is the configuration that skips what you do not need.

Four 8 ft aluminum ramp sections assemble into a 16 ft run with two adjustable support stands controlling the approach angle. All four ramps convert to load leveler bunks: turn them on their side, drop them into stakes seated in the stake pockets, and you have four leveled support points across the upper step.

Five configurations match the trailer's upper step drop: 16, 18, 20, 24, or 26 in. The 16 in configuration uses 16 in wide ramps on a 6 in tube at 20,000 lb per axle. The 18 and 20 in configurations use matching-width ramps on a 5 in tube at 23,500 lb per axle. The 24 and 26 in configurations use 18 in and 20 in ramps plus four load leveler spacers, also at 23,500 lb per axle. Total kit weight runs 508 lb to 700 lb, roughly 145 lb to 180 lb lighter than the equivalent master kit.

Every configuration includes four 8 ft ramps, two support stands, 12 lumber clips, and eight stake pocket supports. The 24 in and 26 in configurations add four load leveler spacers. Ramp hanger brackets, stand hanger brackets, attaching brackets, bunk lumber, chains, and load binders are not included. Aluminum construction, made in the USA.

Not recommended for trucks with mounted cranes, forklifts, or steel track vehicles. Never exceed the rated axle capacity. Sold as a complete kit; each purchase is one system.
