The HD Ramps container wedge ramp takes a different approach to the container lip than a full-width ramp: two narrow wedges, one under each wheel track, carrying 10,000 lb per axle over a 6 in rise. That means less deck to move, less to store, and a higher axle rating than a single-piece ramp of comparable weight.

Each wedge is 36 in long by 16 in wide and 6 in tall at the high end, weighing 24 lb — light enough to set both by hand in under a minute and stow them inside the container between loads. The pair ships together as a complete solution.

Cutouts along the wedges fit around shipping container lock rods so the wedges seat flush against the door frame instead of rocking on the hardware. A punch plate surface drains water and debris, holding traction for loaded drive wheels in wet and dirty yard conditions.

Because the wedges load only the wheel paths, they suit standard four-wheel forklifts, pallet jacks, and walk-behind movers working 6 in lip containers. Aluminum construction resists rust through outdoor storage and repeated washdowns.
