This HD Ramps shipping container ramp is the heavy end of the container line: 12,000 lb per axle across a 63 in wide deck, clearing lips to 10 in. It is built for operations running loaded counterbalance forklifts in and out of containers all day, where an 8,000 lb ramp is working at the edge of its rating.

Two lengths are available. The 48 in ramp weighs 96 lb and gives a steeper, more compact footprint for tight yards. The 60 in ramp weighs 120 lb and stretches the same rise over a longer run, producing a shallower grade that is easier on low-clearance forks and long-wheelbase equipment. Both are 63 in wide with a 1-1/4 in deck profile.

At 63 in, the deck is wide enough that an operator does not have to thread the container door and the ramp edges in the same movement. The commercial-grade grit-coat surface maintains friction under loaded drive wheels through rain, frost, and warehouse dust, where a smooth plate would polish.

A knife-foot edge tapers to the ground so pallets are not jostled at the transition, and the plate end rests on the container floor. Aluminum truss-design extrusion carries the axle rating at a weight two people can reposition.
