These HD Ramps double pin on trailer ramps are 8 ft aluminum ramps with pin-on ends at both the attaching end and the foot, built for loading tractors, loaders, trucks, and heavy equipment onto step deck trailers, flatbeds, and loading docks. Pinning at both ends removes the kickout risk that comes with a ramp resting loose against a deck edge.

The same ramps are the building block of the HD Ramps load leveler kits, so they can be loaded from the front, the back, or the top step, and they turn on their side into load leveler stakes when it is time to haul rather than load. A reinforced stubbed toe keeps the lower end from bending under concentrated loads, which is what lets a pair serve either as sections of a modular system or as standalone 8 ft rear ramps.

Three widths are available. The 16 in ramp sits on a 6 in tube, weighs 74 lb per ramp, and is rated at 20,000 lb per axle. The 18 in ramp sits on a 5 in tube, weighs 92 lb, and is rated at 23,500 lb per axle. The 20 in ramp also uses a 5 in tube, weighs 94 lb, and is rated at 23,500 lb per axle. All three are 8 ft long with a rung walking surface.

At under 100 lb per ramp, one person can set up a pair without equipment. Sold in pairs; each purchase is two ramps. Aluminum construction, made in the USA. Protected under US Patents 8347439 and 7930788.

Not recommended for trucks with mounted cranes, forklifts, or steel track vehicles. Never exceed the rated axle capacity, and pin the ramps into their skid seat brackets before use. Skid seat brackets, chains, and load binders are sold separately.
