These HD Ramps step deck trailer ramps form a modular 16 ft loading system built for heavy equipment: four 8 ft aluminum ramp sections and two adjustable support stands, rated up to 23,500 lb per axle. This is the heavy-capacity counterpart to the 10,000 lb ramp kit, sized for tractors, loaders, and machinery rather than cars and pickups.

The system breaks down into sections one person can move, then assembles into a 16 ft run that reduces the approach angle enough for long, low equipment to clear. Two adjustable support stands, adjusting from 18 in to 24 in, hold the mid-span and keep the run from flexing under a moving load. Reinforced stubbed toes protect the lower ends, and extra-wide serrated cross bars hold traction in wet weather.

Three widths are available. The 16 in system uses ramps on a 6 in tube, is rated at 20,000 lb per axle, and weighs 380 lb complete. The 18 in system uses a 5 in tube at 23,500 lb per axle and weighs 452 lb. The 20 in system also uses a 5 in tube at 23,500 lb per axle and weighs 460 lb.

Every configuration includes four 8 ft ramp sections and two support stands. Ramp sections attach with a pin-on end. Aluminum construction, made in the USA. Sold as a complete system; each purchase is one system.

Not recommended for trucks with mounted cranes, forklifts, or steel track vehicles. Never exceed the rated axle capacity. Skid seat brackets, chains, and load binders are sold separately.
